I have an ancestor who died of TB in 1936 in the Devon Mental hospital and I was wondering whether she would have been cared for in a separate ‘ward’ for TB sufferers or whether she entered as a patient with mental issues. How would I find this out please? Her name was Catherine Emily Snell aged 43. Thank you.
